There is no minimum order amount. However, orders over $69 qualify for free delivery. For orders under $69, a $5.99 delivery fee applies.

Yes! All our meats are 100% Halal certified from trusted, certified suppliers. We take our Halal certification very seriously and maintain strict standards throughout our supply chain.

Fresh, never frozen. Our meats are marinated fresh daily using authentic Mediterranean spice blends and delivered the same day you order. We never freeze our products.

We offer four signature BBQ box options: Kefta (spiced ground beef & lamb), Chicken (marinated thigh skewers), Kabab (beef tenderloin), and Mixed Grill (a combination of all three). We also offer individual add-on skewers.

We recommend choosing a time when someone is available to receive the order, as our boxes include fresh ingredients that require immediate refrigeration if not used.

Our products are Halal and gluten-free (except for the pita bread). Please note that our products are prepared in a facility that handles sesame, dairy, and tree nuts. If you have severe allergies, please contact us before ordering.

About 12–18 minutes depending on the protein. Kefta and beef kabab cook in 12–15 minutes, while chicken takes 15–18 minutes. Each box includes a step-by-step cooking guide with exact timing.

No! Everything is included in your box — the charcoal grill tray, charcoal, tongs, gloves, and all the food. You just need a flat outdoor surface. No gas, no equipment, no cleanup.

No, our charcoal grill trays are for outdoor use only. Never use charcoal grills indoors or in enclosed spaces due to carbon monoxide risk. Find a flat outdoor surface like a patio, backyard, balcony, or beach.

Each box includes lighting instructions. Simply remove the protective cover, use the included lighter or a match to light the corners of the charcoal starter, and wait 10–15 minutes until the coals are glowing orange and covered with white ash before placing your skewers.

We currently accept cash on delivery. We are working on integrating online payment options (credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Zelle) and will announce when these become available.
