To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian. By placing an order, you confirm that all provided information is accurate and complete.

3. Orders & Acceptance

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason
  • Once an order is confirmed and processed, it cannot be modified without contacting support
  • Prices and availability may change without notice

4. Delivery & Pickup

  • Delivery is available only within designated service areas in Orange County
  • Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary due to traffic, weather, or operational delays
  • Customers are responsible for providing correct delivery information
  • For pickup orders, customers must collect their order within the selected time window

5. Food Disclaimer

  • All food is prepared fresh and intended for immediate use
  • InstaGrill is not responsible for improper handling, storage, or cooking after delivery or pickup
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring safe food handling after receipt

6. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in USD
  • Payment is processed securely through third-party providers (e.g. Stripe)
  • We do not store full payment card details
  • Taxes and delivery fees (if applicable) are added at checkout

7. Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds or replacements may be issued only in cases of:

  • Incorrect order
  • Missing items
  • Damaged products due to delivery handling
  • Order not delivered

Cancellations are only possible before preparation begins due to the perishable nature of our products.

8. Promotions & Discount Codes
