At InstaGrill, we are committed to delivering fresh, high-quality Mediterranean BBQ boxes and providing the best possible customer experience. Because our products contain fresh food items, certain conditions apply to returns and refunds.
Order Issues
If there is an issue with your order, including:
- Missing items
- Incorrect items
- Damaged packaging
- Quality concerns
please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Our support team will review the issue and work quickly to provide a suitable resolution.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to food safety regulations, we do not accept returns on:
- Fresh food products
- Opened items
- Used grilling products
- Perishable products that were not refrigerated properly after delivery
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be approved in the following cases:
- The order arrived damaged
- The wrong order was delivered
- The order could not be fulfilled
- Delivery issues caused by our team
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only before preparation begins. Once your order enters preparation or delivery status, cancellations may no longer be possible due to the fresh nature of our products.
To request a cancellation, contact our team as soon as possible.
Delivery Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the order at the selected delivery time. InstaGrill is not responsible for product quality issues caused by delayed refrigeration after successful delivery.
Pickup Orders
For pickup orders, customers are responsible for collecting their order during the selected pickup window. Orders left unclaimed for extended periods may not qualify for refunds or replacements.
