By purchasing and using the InstaGrill Box, you (the "User") acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Assumption of Risk

The InstaGrill Box involves the use of charcoal, open flames, and high heat. The User understands that grilling is an inherently dangerous activity that carries risks, including but not limited to, fire, smoke inhalation, carbon monoxide poisoning, and serious burns to persons or damage to personal property (such as clothing, furniture, or outdoor surfaces). By using this product, the User voluntarily assumes all risks associated with its operation.

2. Proper Usage & Safety Guidelines

  • Outdoor Use Only: This product must ONLY be used outdoors in well-ventilated areas. NEVER use indoors, in tents, vehicles, or enclosed spaces.

  • Surface Protection: Always place the InstaGrill Box on a stable, heat-resistant, and non-combustible surface. Do not use on wooden tables, plastic surfaces, or dry grass without a protective heat barrier.

  • Supervision: Never leave a lit grill unattended. Keep children and pets at a safe distance at all times.

  • Disposal: Ensure charcoals are completely extinguished and cooled before disposal. Follow local regulations for hot coal disposal.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InstaGrill Box and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of this product. This includes, but is not limited to, personal injury, property damage (including damage to clothing or outdoor gear), or any other loss arising from the User's failure to follow safety instructions or exercise reasonable care.

4. Indemnification

The User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless InstaGrill Box from any claims, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of the User’s operation of the product or any violation of these safety terms.

5. Local Laws and Regulations

The User is responsible for complying with all local fire codes, park regulations, and beach laws regarding the use of portable grills and open flames in their specific area.
